IN 201140 issued to Pfizer against the mail-box Application No. 447/MUM/2000 filed May 12, 2000 for novel crystalline forms of a macrolide antibiotic CP-472,295. The Indian patent is equivalent of the US Patent No. 6,583,274 titled “Crystalline forms of macrolide antibiotic” claiming anhydrous, monohydrate and sesquahydrate forms of CP-472,295.
IN 202128 issued to Schering against the mail-box Application No. 2232/MAS/1998 filed October 06, 1998 for stable crystalline polymorph Form I of (-)-4-[4-[4-[4-[[(2R-cis)-5-(2,4-difluorophenyl)tetrahydro-5-(1H-1,2,4-tri azol-1-ylmethyl)furan-3-yl]methoxy]phenyl]-1-piperazinyl]phenyl-2,4-dihydro -2-[(S)-1-ethyl-2(S)-hydroxylpropyl]-3H-1,2,4-triazol-3-one. The Indian patent is equivalent of the US Patent Nos. 6,713,481 and 6,958,337 titled “Crystalline antifungal polymorph.”
IN 201649 issued to Wyeth against the mail-box Application No. 1015/KOLNP/2003 filed August 07, 2003 for novel succinate salt of O-desmethyl-venlafaxine. The Indian patent is equivalent of the US Patent Nos. 6,673,838; 7,026,508 and 7,291,347 titled “Succinate salt of O-desmethyl-venlafaxine.”
